Branded as a professional 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) film camera, the Canon EOS-1v offers an array of automated features including autofocus, auto exposure, shutter speed priority, aperture priority, automatic film advance, and automatic film rewind. The Canon EOS-1v also features a weather-resistant, all-metal body to more than withstand everyday use. These features come at a price, one that many beginner film photographers may not yet be willing to pay.
